概述：産品先經預熱後，蒸汽直接噴入産品，使産品在瞬時被加熱到設定溫度(dù)，經過一定(dìng)時間的保溫後，通過真空分離器把(bǎ)産品(pǐn)瞬間降溫，并(bìng)等量(liàng)蒸(zhēng)發掉因蒸汽噴入增加的(de)水分，最後産品在無菌條件下冷卻、灌裝。
PURPOSE:After the product is preheated, the steam is sprayed directly into the product, so that the product is heated to the set temperature instantaneously. After a certain time of heat preservation, the product is cooled instantaneously through a vacuum separator, and the water added by the steam is evaporated in equal mount. Finally, the product is cooled and filled under aseptic conditions.
